TELL US ABOUT YOUR FARM?

Bon Chevon is a new farming business located at Ebenezer producing high quality gourmet goat meat in the Barossa Valley. It is owned and run by Owen and Tracy Bonython and their family.

WHAT DO YOU AIM TO ACHIEVE WITH YOUR BUSINESS?

We are slowly establishing our business and building up our herd but we working towards making goat meat a readily available and sought after product in the homes and restaurants of the Barossa.

WHEN DID YOU START TRADING AT THE FARMERS MARKET?

We attended our first market day at the Barossa Farmers Market only last month and sold out of most of our goat meat cuts such as chops, sausages, shoulder roast and loin racks.

We will be attending the market on monthly basis.

WHO WILL VISITORS MEET AT YOUR STALL?

Both Owen and Tracy will be at the market on Saturdays and will be happy to share goat meat recipes and cooking tips.
