WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL AT THE FARMERS’ MARKET?

Artisan farm butter and cream from grass fed Jersey cows plus fresh meat, bacon and ham from free range, milk fed pigs. Additional products include milk fed veal, roasted almonds and animal hides.

WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our use of traditional techniques, which have been recognised with a Barossa Trust Mark for Farm Produce. For instance, our butter is churned in small batches, using a staged process to capture the full flavour of the cream. Our Barossa Farm Cream was also a state winner recently in the prestigious Delicious magazine produce awards!

WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT YOUR FARM?

My farming is small scale and sustainable, based on a belief that old ways are often the best ways. I use the milk from my Jersey cows to feed the pigs, much the same as farmers used to do for centuries.

WHO WILL CUSTOMERS MEET AT YOUR STALL?

Myself (Michael) and my helpers.
