New to the Barossa Farmers Market in 2019 is a new stall that sells exclusively gluten free cakes, slices and biscuits.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR STALL?
I only sell gluten free items and as a Coeliac myself, I can ensure all my items are gluten free and Coeliac friendly. In response to customer requests, some of the items I sell are also dairy free, vegan or have no refined sugar.
WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?
My biggest sellers are my stuffed cookie slices and assortment of brownies. I like to rotate my products to use seasonal fruit and I am now also introducing decorated cup-cakes to my range.
WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND?
I am a qualified chef with over a decade of experience baking in kitchens around the Barossa. I believe that with all my background knowledge and plenty of personal taste testing that my products are amazing quality and most people would never realise that they were gluten free.
