WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL AT THE MARKET?
We sell a range of old style traditional sauces and chutneys, including our renowned Satan’s Fury or other chilli sauces.
WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS?
We are a family owned small business based in Williamstown which uses family recipes that are up to 3 generations old.
We cook our products using traditional techniques, including our smoked products which are made with tomatoes that undergo smoking in a smoker with South Australian mallee root.
WHY DID YOU START YOUR BUSINESS?
I (Michelle) am a chef by trade. I started 8 years ago with 3 products as a hobby business. We now have 14 products, which we send all over Australia and we have recently started exporting to New Zealand.
WHO WILL VISITORS MEET AT YOUR STALL?
Myself (Michelle) and sometimes also my daughter Tani.
