I make range of eye-catching gluten-free desserts and cakes using the finest ingredients. Each of my creations feature a couple of different elements to provide a balanced flavoursome treat.
WHAT ARE YOUR MOST POPULAR CAKES?
My Lemon Meringue Tart is my personal favourite and one of the best-selling items at my stall. My Apple Tart, Strawberry Cake and Chocolate Cake are also very popular.
WHAT LED YOU TO START YOUR OWN HOME BASED BUSINESS?
I switched from accounting to studying a Certificate 3 in Patisserie at TAFE when I had no baking experience and got to bake my very first cookies. I discovered that I not only enjoy eating desserts but love to create them myself!
WHERE DO YOU GET THE IDEAS FOR YOUR VERY CREATIVE CAKES?
I love reading patisserie books and watching videos on YouTube or Instagram to keep learning and getting inspiration for new products. Look out for my new special cakes for special occasions that I will be introducing to my range soon.
