Whether you’re a solo-walker or want to get the whole family involved, it’s time to dust off your sneakers and get out to explore the beautiful Barossa region.

A free, detailed brochure on the Barossa’s many bushwalks, including Kaiser Stuhl and Hale Conservation Parks, has been launched by Ellie Neindorf.

Ellie has personally done all of the hikes, putting hours of research into information on distance and difficulty for each of the trails.

She was able to complete the community resource thanks to a Peter Lehmann Arts and Education Trust grant.

“There wasn’t a consolidated, nice-looking brochure available in the Barossa, so I wanted to create something that was attractive for locals and tourists to be able to use and have access to all the known hikes in the region,” said Ellie.

The printed brochure is available at the Barossa Visitor Information Centre, Gawler Visitor Information Centre, at a range of cellar doors and local providores, the Barossa Farmers Market and Barossa Cheese Company.
