With a focus on sourcing ingredients primarily from the Valley and being brewer owned, David’s lifetime of love for brewing turned into more that just a concept.
The business has five co-owners who all contribute to recipes and brewing. All have a passion for squeezing as much local as possible into their product and in 2016 they created the first ever 100% Barossa beer, sourcing everything within a 20km radius.
Their ‘Western Ridge Pale’ (another example of using the Barossa’s finest), is the first canned beer in the Valley to feature 100% locally grown and malted barley. They reckon it’s a summer favourite and sure to help their winemaking mates survive vintage.
