We sell fresh bagels and bagel chips. We make salted, sesame and poppy bagels and a wide range of flavoured bagels, which often feature farmers market produce. We also make gluten free bagels and bagel chips.
Our range of sweet flavours includes fig & orange, sultana & cinnamon, and chocolate chip.
Our savoury flavours include beetroot & feta, onion with garlic & cheese, and olive & feta. And we are always thinking of new ingredients that we can use to add to our range.
Our bagels are based on 800 years of Jewish tradition.
Bagels are boiled and then baked to produce their chewy-ness. Our bagel chips are made from leftover bagels which are thinly sliced, brushed with Barossa olive oil, sprinkled with salt and baked.
Davon and Esther attend the market each Saturday and provide samples for tasting.
