Tell us about your farmers market stall:

I make a range of home-made jams, marmalades, biscuits, tarts and almond brittle. I often use two fruits in my jam for something different as well, such as pomegranate and orange and at the moment all of my biscuits are made with almond meal.

What are you most popular products?

My three biggest sellers are my Italian cannoli, Portuguese tarts and my pomegranate jam.

My background is Italian and my biscuit recipes are all from my mother, as is the recipe for the cream filling in my famous cannoli. I put a lot of love into making my little collection, even though it does mean I often stay up late baking!

Where is your business based?

I’m based in Freeling and make all of my products at home to bring to the market. Although I am based locally, I hope that my mother’s recipes bring a little bit of Italy to the market.

Who will customers meet at your stall ?

Jo runs his stall at the market each week.
