Our farm is located at Birdwood where the Barossa meets the Adelaide Hills. We have been farming deer on our 40-hectare property for 30 years, hand rearing and breeding animals for their temperament, body weight and antlers.
We sell a range of fresh venison meat cuts, gluten free venison sausages, pies and venison smallgoods (liverwurst, beersticks and mettwurst)
Our venison pies are available two sizes from the fridge to take home and cook, and we also now have hot pies for consumption at the market.
I also sell hot mini venison bites – venison sausages pieces with a little salt & pepper, some pork fat for moisture and wrapped in pastry – they are very popular.
