Tell us about your food journey.

My gluten-free baking business began about 18 months ago in 2018. I’m gluten-intolerant, which inspired me to create my own bakery with gluten-free products. I like to cater to most dietary intolerances so everyone can enjoy bread without limitations.

What products do you make?

I make gluten free loafs, bread rolls, pasta and summer desserts. Many of my products are vegan and dairy free as well as gluten-free. My biggest sellers are my flaxseed & rosemary loaf, and date & walnut loaf.

I am also planning on introducing a yeasted bread roll and gluten free pasta to my stall soon.

What makes you products special?

I’m a self-taught baker, and so my products at the Farmers Market are often unique but especially suited for those with dietary requirements. For instance, my hemp bread rolls are a good source of proteins and omega 3, which you wouldn’t get from standard bread rolls.

Who will customers meet at your stall ?

I (Roz) attend the Barossa Farmers Market weekly and offer samples for customers to try.
