We sell fresh free range chicken and Berkshire Pork smallgoods, pastries and salamis at the farmers market – which we attend on a fortnightly basis.
WHERE DOES YOUR PRODUCTION TAKE PLACE?
We are a farm based producer here in the Barossa. All of our chickens are free range and raised on a vegetarian diet so that they are slow grown and have superior texture and flavour.
WHAT ARE YOUR MOST POPULAR PRODUCTS AT THE MARKET?
Our fresh whole chickens and our chicken portions flavoured with local herbs are both very popular. We are also now selling our chicken & tarragon sausage rolls, pork & thyme sausage rolls and Berkshire & cheese kransky rolls as a hot option – perfect for Saturday mornings with a market coffee!
