Food for your festive feast

Christmas Puddings from Jane Maul of Abbotsford Country House

Made from quality ingredients which are predominantly sourced from the Barossa and regional South Australia, Jane Maul’s Christmas puddings are boiled and cured so as to remain rich, firm and succulent.

Unlike other cheaper recipes, their puddings are suet based and contains no nuts. Cheaper puddings, particularly commercially made puddings use vegetable oil and cheap fillers which mask the beautiful fruity flavour of a traditional pudding.
