This Saturday 11 January and on Saturday 25 January market shoppers can enjoy a special summer treat from the Barossa Valley Ice Cream who will be serving hot & toasty waffles topped with ice-cream, nuts and sauce; milkshakes; and ice cream and sorbets in a range of flavours including Belgian Chocolate, Salty Caramel, Ginger, Black Liquorice and Raspberry or Pear and Verjuice Sorbets.
Julie Donnellan of Barossa Valley Ice Cream handcrafts a range of super premium ice creams and sorbets made with whole natural ingredients using traditional recipes and 80% of the ingredients from the Barossa or South Australia.
