WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL AT THE MARKET?

Handmade gourmet fudge, chocolates, dessert sauces and some baked goods such as decorated cupcakes.

WHAT MAKES YOUR PRODUCT SPECIAL?

The flavours for my fudge, chocolates and sauces are inspired by local produce and where ever I can I use SA products to make my sweet treats.

Often my different flavours of fudge depend on what’s in season and what fruits and nuts I can purchase from other stallholders at the market.

Some of my seasonal fudges have included a white chocolate and lime fudge, quince chocolates and I make special Christmas pudding and hot cross bun chocolates during the holiday seasons.

HOW DID YOU GET INTO MAKING FUDGE?

I started making fudge many years ago when I worked at a local winery and they asked me to come up with something to serve with coffee using their fortified.

My Chocolate, Muscat and Raisin Fudge was born then and 17 years later I am still creating sweet treats.
