If you ask these high school sweethearts what the favourite part of their wedding day was they’ll reply quite simply “everything”!
After 13 years together, a romantic proposal at Kingsford Homestead was followed by a helicopter ride to St Hugo for lunch.
The couple celebrated their engagement with friends at Stones Throw, Norwood, and returned to Kingsford Homestead to exchange their vows on February 16.
They were married by Brian Deegan.
The bride wore a gown by Adelaide designer, Greta-Kate, and was attended by Ellie Waat lker, Lucy Frayne, Kate Ruggiero, Rebekah Majeric, Kate Moody and Rebecca Guy.
Jason wore a suit by Joseph Uzumcu paired with RM Williams boots. His groomsmen were Jack Stephens, Ollie Brecht, Will Lambert, Tom Barnes, Will Hugo and Pat Deegan.
They were joined by 165 guests for their reception at Kingsford Homestead, where their styling was based around beaded chandeliers, and a colour palette of pretty pinks, nudes and white.
“We tried to think of everything, we just wanted everyone to have a really good time!” said Kate.
The couple honeymooned at Kangaroo Gully Retreat on Kangaroo Island, and have plans to travel to Europe later in the year.
Jason is the son of Rosie and Phil Schell of Clare, and Kate is the daughter of Kathryn and Robin Guy of Adelaide.
