Apple, Apricot & Almond Bircher Muesli

A delicious breakfast that’s high in fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals to keep you going all morning. Making it the night before means a quick and easy option to grab on a busy morning!

Wheat Free

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (290g) rolled oats
  • 2 cups (520g) plain natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 1 medium apple, grated
  • 1/2 cup (100g) dried apricots, diced
  • 1/2 cup (70g) roughly chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large container then place in fridge overnight. (Best eaten within 3 days.)
