Ingredients
2 cups (290g) rolled oats
2 cups (520g) plain natural or Greek yoghurt
1 medium apple, grated
1/2 cup (100g) dried apricots, diced
1/2 cup (70g) roughly chopped almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a large container then place in fridge overnight. (Best eaten within 3 days.)
