Hello you sweet thing!
Our new vintage release Barossa Semi Gin is seriously delicious in a classic gin sour. Sweet, packed full of flavour and fruity with just the right amount of zesty citrus, this is one perfectly balanced and moreish cocktail.
Ingredients
- 60ml Barossa Semi Gin
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 3 drops of Wonderfoam
or one egg white - 3 drops of Bitters (for garnish)
Method
- Shake all ingredients on ice.
- Pour into coupe or cocktail glass.
- Add three drops of Bitters on top
- Enjoy!
