Our Bee’s Knees cocktail celebrates the bright golden hues, flavours of rich toffee, caramel characters, tropical fruits and honey of the Semi-Gin.
Semillon grapes from a 102-year old vineyard in Williamstown, were macerated in Barossa Dry Gin for six weeks, allowing the natural sweetness to cut through the gin spirit and develop.
The result …. a delicious, sweet up front, dry on the finish gin with a subtle nod to Barossa – it’s the Bee’s Knees.
