A playful cocktail that brings the nostalgic sweetness of musk to life, perfectly balanced with the bold flavour profile of Savoury Allsorts Gin.

Expect hints of liquorice, spice and citrus, alongside sweet, floral musk notes – just like raiding the lolly jar but with a grown-up twist.

Ingredients

  • 45ml musk infused Savoury Allsorts Gin*
  • 30ml musk syrup
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 10ml SRD Vermouth
  • 2 drops Wonderfoam or 1 egg white

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients over ice and double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with musk powder rim.

Note

  • *To make musk infused gin, add 15 musk sticks to a bottle of Savoury Allsorts and leave overnight (shake to dissolve).
  • To make musk syrup, add 15 musk sticks to sugar syrup and simmer until dissolved.
