This traditional cocktail has undergone many changes throughout it’s time – much like us all – and with an air of grace and elegance about it, it’s the perfect cocktail to toast the new year and share with your nearest and dearest.

Created using our latest release, the Musicians Cut Gin, we are proud to offer part proceeds from all bottles sold to supporting the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.

  • 30ml Seppeltsfield Road Distillers Musician’s Cut Gin
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 5ml Simple syrup
  • 60ml Hentley Farm Sparkling


  1. Shake gin, lemon juice & simple syrup together on ice.
  2. Fine strain into champagne glass.
  3. Top with Sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with lemon twist.


Make the base ahead of time and measure 50ml batches into the glass before topping with wine.
