Ingredients
- 45ml House Gin
- 2 Strawberries
- 15ml lime juice
- 20ml sugar syrup (1:1)
- 60ml soda water
- 1-2 Strawberries and 2-3 mint leaves to garnish
Method
- Muddle 2 strawberries in a tumbler glass with gin.
- Add lime juice, sugar syrup and ice.
- Stir.
- Bruise mint leaves and place into glass with cut strawberries.
- Top with 60ml of soda water
