Sunset Spritz

recipe by

As the sun begins to set in the Barossa, warm golden light streams across the valley.

It’s a beautiful time of day and what better way to enjoy the start of the evening than at Appellation restaurant in The Louise, with its large windows, wonderful views and a new outdoor lounging area complete with a firepit for cooler evenings.

It’s a perfect moment to sit and watch the light shift over the valley’s vineyards and rolling hills, best enjoyed with Appellation’s signature sundowner to relax and take in the peacefulness of the valley.

Sunset Spritz is a favourite at The Louise.

Combining house-made lemon myrtle syrup, local vodka and sparkling water it’s an easy and delicious spritz to make at home – but it’s so much better to have Appellation do it for you before an unforgettable dinner.
