Sanna and Josh found love together ten years ago when they both worked at Smith’s Motor Company in Port Adelaide.
They went on to get engaged while visiting their house – which was in mid build mode at the time. Josh surprised Sanna when he popped the question in the sunroom after asking her what her favourite room in the house was.
The couple were married by Brian Tscharke at Saltram Estate in Angaston.
For her special day Sanna wore a Jack Sullivan Taryn gown and was attended by Melissa Brooke, Kelly Shepherd and Jackie Payne.
Josh and his attendants, Tristian Shepherd, Mark Lorenzo and Aaron Payne wore suits from Adelaide Suits Direct.
After the ceremony lawn games were enjoyed by their 85 guests – a great segue into the formalities of the reception also held at Saltram Estate.
Their beautiful rustic, elegantly decorated wedding cake was created by the couple’s sister-in-law, Chloe Saunders.
DJ Ben provided the entertainment.
Sanna said, “Our wedding day was centred around celebrating love, family and friends and we were privileged to have many guests attend from interstate and especially my maid of honour, Melissa who travelled from the UK.”
Sanna is the daughter of Bryan and Debbie Saunders of Mannum and Josh is the son of Stuart Ayling of Windsor Gardens.
