SRD take on the classic British cocktail known as a Bramble. Refreshing, bright and perfect for sipping in the sunshine with your closest friends, the Barossa Bramble will be the perfect drink this Spring.

  • 30ml Savoury Allsorts Gin
  • 20ml Barossa Shiraz Gin
  • 5ml Chambord
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • Lemon Peel


  1. Place ice, Savoury Allsorts gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker and shake vigorously.
  2. Pour into stemless wine glass over ice.
  3. Pour Shiraz Gin & Chambord into the glass, and garnish with lemon peel or blueberries.


Traditionally the Bramble is a balance between bright citrus, dark berries (blackberry), and confectionary sweetness (Crème deMure/Chambord). 

Mixing the Chambord with the Shiraz Gin, adds layers of complexity, and takes this cocktail to another level.
