Embrace the zing with a Ginger Lemon Drop cocktail. A lively mix bursting with ginger spice, crisp apple and zesty lemon. Refreshing, spicy and tailor-made for those cosy Autumn nights in.
Ingredients
2 lemon rounds (muddled)
60ml Musician’s Cut Gin
30ml Cloudy Apple Juice
20ml Ginger Syrup*
Method
Muddle lemon in shaker.
Add remaining ingredients on ice.
Shake.
Fine strain into coupe.
Garnish with lemon rind.
*Ginger Syrup
Add 1:1 ratio of water and sugar on stovetop. Heat until sugar dissolves, before adding grated ginger (approx. 2-3cm knob).
Steep for approximately four hours in the fridge or until desired ginger spice is achieved.
