Warm up inside and out with this spicy Ginger Snap.

Using Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers Savoury Allsorts Gin, Varci Ginger Syrup and new season fennel fronds from Greenock or Gomersal, it’s the perfect way to spice things up before dinner.

This is a delicious fireside tipple that packs a punch, with just the right amount of warmth, spice and sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers Savoury Allsorts Gin
  • 20ml Varci Ginger Syrup
  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Cointreau
  • Fennel frond tip (approximately 4-8cm)

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients over ice.
  2. Finely strain into a flute.
  3. Top with 30ml Capi Spicy Ginger Beer.
  4. Garnish with a fresh fennel frond.
  5. Enjoy!
